摘  要:目的 分析低血糖指数(glycemic index,GI)膳食营养治疗对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制水平及母婴结局的影响。方法 选取2021年2月—2022年2月泉州市第一医院收治的300例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,经随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,各150例,前者选择普通营养,后者选择低GI膳食营养治疗,比较两组的血糖控制水平及母婴结局情况。结果 治疗后两组空腹血糖水平均略微下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后的餐后2 h血糖水平均明显降低,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组碳水化合物摄入的供热比、膳食GI低于对照组,而脂肪摄入的供热比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、巨大儿、早产、产后出血发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 为妊娠糖尿病患者提供低GI膳食营养治疗,不但能对其血糖水平进行有效控制,而且能对母婴结局进行显著改善。Objective To analyze the impact of low glycemic index(GI) dietary nutrition therapy on blood glucose control and maternal and infant outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 300 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,150 cases each.The former chose ordinary nutrition and the latter chose low GI diet nutrition treatment.The blood glucose control level and maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose levels of both groups slightly decreased,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The average 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in the two groups after treatment were significantly reduced,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heating ratio and dietary GI of carbohydrate intake in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the heating ratio of fat intake was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,macrosomia,preterm delivery,postpartum hemorrhage.in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing low GI diet nutrition treatment for pregnant diabetes patients can not only effectively control their blood sugar level,but also significantly improve the maternal and infant outcomes.
