柴胡桂枝干姜汤对2型糖尿病胰岛素敏感性影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探究与分析柴胡桂枝干姜汤对中医辨证属于胆热脾寒型2型糖尿病胰岛素敏感性影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月双鸭山市中医院收治的胆热脾寒型消渴病患者60例,采取随机数表法,将患者分为治疗组(柴胡桂枝干姜汤结合二甲双胍)和对照组(二甲双胍),每组30例,对比两组治疗后血糖、血脂水平和胰岛素抵抗指数。结果 治疗后,治疗组糖化血红蛋白(7.15±1.15)%、总胆固醇(5.79±0.60)mmol/L、三酰甘油(2.29±0.91)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白(2.12±0.51)mmol/L均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组胰岛素抵抗指数(2.37±0.62)改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药复方柴胡桂枝干姜汤可明确改善2型糖尿病胰岛素敏感性。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction on insulin sensitivity of type 2 diabetes mellitus with TCM syndrome differentiation of gallbladder-heat and spleen-cold type.Methods 60 patients with diabetes due to gallbladder heat and spleen cold type were admitted to Shuangyashan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,patients were divided into treatment group(Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with metformin) and control group(metformin),30 cases in each group.The levels of blood glucose,blood lipid and insulin resistance index were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the glycated hemoglobin(7.15±1.15)%,total cholesterol(5.79±0.60) mmol/L,triacylglycerol(2.29±0.91) mmol/L,and low-density lipoprotein(2.12±0.51) mmol/L in the treatment group,were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of insulin resistance index(2.37±0.62) in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine compound Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction can clearly improve the insulin sensitivity of type 2 diabetes.
