磺脲类降糖药联合黄连素及二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 研究磺脲类降糖药联合黄连素及二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年7月尤溪县中医医院收治的100例糖尿病患者,将其分为对照组(50例,二甲双胍治疗)和观察组(50例,格列吡嗪+黄连素+二甲双胍治疗)。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖分别为(6.25±0.65)mmol/L、(9.10±1.25)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(8.16±0.92)mmol/L、(9.98±1.40)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=6.806、5.938,P<0.05)。观察组空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.583、8.129,P<0.05)。观察组低血糖、恶心呕吐、头晕总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.307,P<0.05)。结论磺脲类降糖药联合黄连素及二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的效果显著优于二甲双胍治疗,因此格列吡嗪+黄连素+二甲双胍治疗更具推广价值。Objective To study the effect of sulfonylurea hypoglycemic agents combined with berberine and metformin in the treatment of diabetes.Methods 100 diabetic patients admitted to Youxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected.They were divided into a control group(50 cases,metformin treatment) and an observation group(50 cases,glipizide + berberine + metformin treatment).Results The fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were(6.25±0.65) mmol/L and(9.10±1.25)mmol/L,respectively,lower than those in the control group(8.16±0.92) mmol/L and(9.98±1.40) mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.806,5.938,P<0.05).The fasting insulin and insulin resistance index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.583,8.129,P<0.05).The total incidence of hypoglycemia,nausea and vomiting,and dizziness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.307,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of sulfonylurea hypoglycemic agents combined with berberine and metformin in the treatment of diabetes is significantly better than that of metformin,so the treatment of glipizide + berberine + metformin is more valuable for promotion.
