研究综合护理对围术期老年糖尿病性白内障患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 讨论手术治疗老年糖尿病性白内障患者时以综合护理进行干预的临床意义。方法 选择2021年11月—2022年11月内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第一附属医院的86例糖尿病性白内障老年患者为研究对象,以随机抽签分组法分成对照组、研究组,每组43例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用综合护理,比较两组心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 研究组心理情绪评分低于对照组,生活质量评分、护理总满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相比常规护理,综合护理在糖尿病性白内障老年患者采取手术疗法过程中有重要临床意义,在改善患者不良心理情绪及生活质量方面有促进作用。Objective To discuss the clinical significance of comprehensive nursing intervention in the surgical treatment of elderly patients with diabetic cataract.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with diabetic cataract in the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into control group and study group by random drawing method,43 case in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received comprehensive nursing.The psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The psychological and emotional scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the score of quality of life and total satisfaction with nursing were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine care,comprehensive care has important clinical significance in the surgical treatment of elderly patients with diabetic cataract,and has a promoting role in improving patients' negative psychological emotions and quality of life.
