摘　　要：目的 研讨康惠尔银离子藻酸盐抗菌敷料治疗Ⅲ级糖尿病足伤口的效果。方法 选取2019年1月—2022年1月漳州市第二医院收治的70例Ⅲ级糖尿病足患者为研究对象,按照抽签法将患者分为常规组和研究组,每组35例。常规组接受传统敷料治疗,研究组接受康惠尔银离子藻酸盐抗菌敷料治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果、创面缩小面积、创面愈合时间。结果 研究组治疗有效率(96.43%)高于常规组(60.71%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.606,P<0.05)。研究组创面缩小面积大于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组创面愈合时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康惠尔银离子藻酸盐抗菌敷料在Ⅲ级糖尿病足伤口治疗中可以发挥显著疗效,加快创面愈合。Objective To study the effect of Kanghuier silver ion alginate antibacterial dressing in the treatment of grade Ⅲ diabetic foot wounds.Methods A total of 70 patients with grade Ⅲ diabetic foot admitted to Zhangzhou Second Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the lottery method,the patients were divided into routine group and study group,with 35 cases in each group.The routine group received traditional dressing treatment,and the study group received Comfeel silver ion alginate antibacterial dressing treatment.The clinical treatment effect,wound reduction area and wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group(96.43%) was higher than that in the conventional group(60.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.606,P<0.05).The wound reduction area of the study group was larger than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kanghuier silver ion alginate antibacterial dressing can play a significant effect in the treatment of grade Ⅲ diabetic foot wounds and accelerate wound healing.
