摘 要:目的探讨治疗痛风中药技术开发态势。方法利用壹专利数据库,检索相关专利文献信息,分析治疗痛风的中药创新技术现状,包括宏观专利分析、技术构成与竞争分析、重点技术分析及重要竞争产品专利布局分析。结果治疗痛风的中药创新主要来源和应用都在中国,中国专利申请的分布集中于山东省(475件)、广东省(294件)、江苏省(293件)。从创新中药的技术分类来看,中药专利保护目前还是以复方来源的中药或其提取物为主,但单方来源的专利申请整体质量较复方来源的专利申请更高,专利布局更完善,技术突破机会多。单方药物来源的成分类别-作用机制矩阵分析中,酮类化合物抗炎和降尿酸作用机制的研究最多,易产生治疗痛风的中药;酮类化合物和非酮类化合物在减少尿酸结晶作用机制的研究较少,有机会产生差异性创新技术成果。结论通过对中医药治疗痛风领域发明专利总体情况进行分析,揭示了治疗痛风的中药创新技术的现状与趋势,为我国中医药治疗痛风的研究提供了信息服务支持,同时可为治疗痛风的创新中药开发提供参考。Objective To investigate the technology development trend of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)products for the treatment of gout.Methods Based on the Patyee patent database,the relevant patent literature information was searched and the current status of innovative TCM technologies for the treatment of gout was analyzed,including macro-patent analysis,technology composition and competition analysis,key technology analysis,and important competitive product patent layout analysis.Results The main sources and applications of TCM innovations for the treatment of gout were in China,and the distribution of patent applications in China was concentrated in Shandong Province(475 cases),Guangdong Province(294 cases),and Jiangsu Province(293 cases).From the perspective of technological classification of innovative TCM,the protection of TCM patents was currently mainly focused on TCM or its extracts from compound sources.However,the overall quality of patent applications from unilateral sources was higher than that from compound sources,with a more comprehensive patent layout and more opportunities for technological breakthroughs.In the matrix analysis of the ingredient category-mechanism of unilateral drug sources,the anti-inflammatory and uric acid-lowering mechanisms of ketone compounds were the most researched,which easily led to the production of produced TCM for the treatment of gout.However,there was limited research of ketone compounds and non-ketone compounds on the mechanism of reducing uric acid crystallization,and there was an opportunity to produce differentiated innovative technological achievements.Conclusion By analyzing the overall situation of invention patents in the field of TCM for the treatment of gout,the current status and trend of innovative TCM technologies for the treatment of gout was analyzed has been clarified,which can provide information service support for the research of TCM for the treatment of gout in China,and provide a reference for the development of innovative TCM for the treatment of
