摘　　要：征收土地年租金是促进土地集约节约利用,保障国有资产收益和集体经济组织合法利益的一种有效措施。摸清土地现状,明确征收标准,建立管理系统可有效落实地方政府对土地年租金征收的相关政策,科学有序推进征收工作,进一步规范土地市场秩序。基于Spring Cloud,融合Echart和ArcGIS API技术搭建的Web端土地年租金征收管理系统可为土地年租金征收工作提供空间化、图表化的分析统计手段和体系化的管理模式。在征收标准核算中通过数据接口将工业企业综合评价结果作为年租金征收的重要核算依据,体现了工业企业综合评价成果对地方土地资源利用、企业分类施策的精确指导作用,推动了地方经济的高质量发展。Levying annual land rent is an effective measure to promote intensive and economical use of land,safeguard the benefits of state-owned assets and the legitimate interests of collective economic organizations.Identification of the current using of land,clarifying the rent standards,and establishing a management system can effectively implement the relevant policies of local governments on the annual rent collection of land,scientifically and orderly promote the collection work,and standardize the order of the land market.The web-based land annual rent collection management system based on Spring Cloud,integrating Echart and ArcGIS API technology,can provide spatial analysis methods for land annual rent collection work,as well as a systematic management mode,In the accounting of rent standards,the comprehensive evaluation results of industrial enterprises are used as an important accounting basis through data interfaces,reflecting the precise guiding role of the comprehensive evaluation results in local land resource utilization and enterprise classification policies,and promoting high-quality development of local economy.
