摘 要:结晶器是连铸最重要的一部分之一,合理控制结晶器内部钢液流动能够有效提高铸坯质量。电磁旋流水口是一种新型的电磁控流技术,该技术利用电磁旋流装置产生的电磁力无接触旋转水口内部钢液,从而均匀水口出流,控制结晶器内部的钢液流动,平缓弯月面波动,抑制卷渣。电磁旋流装置安装于中间包和结晶器中间,其在使用过程中需保障现场安全还需要减少对保护渣添加、水口更换、液位检测装置等的影响。这需要电磁旋流装置能够快速安装到水口附近且装置产生的磁场不会对周围环境产生影响,所以要对电磁旋流装置结构进行优化设计。用数值模拟方法耦合求解电磁场和流场,对比了圆形电磁旋流装置、U形电磁旋流装置和线形电磁旋流装置,通过比较磁场利用率,水口内部钢液的旋流强度以及装置的能耗,得出最适用于连铸生产的电磁旋流装置结构。通过磁屏蔽设计减轻电磁旋流装置漏磁,消除了电磁旋流装置产生的磁场对周围环境的影响。研究结果表明,磁体中心磁场强度相同时,U形电磁旋流装置产生的旋流强度最强,并且U形结构有利于安装。使用磁屏蔽外壳能够使电磁旋流装置漏磁减小44%,但不会减弱电磁旋流水口装置对水口内部钢液的作用效果。有助于获得适用于工业生产的电磁旋流装置结构设计。Mold is one of the most important part of continuous casting.Reasonable control of molten steel flow in the mold can effectively improve the quality of slab productions.Electromagnetic swirling flow in nozzle(EMSFN)is a new type of electromagnetic flow control technology,which utilizes electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic swirling in nozzle device to rotate the molten steel inside the nozzle without contact and control the flow field of molten steel in the mold,which can stabilize the outflow from nozzle and flow field in the mold.It also can control the meniscus fluctuations and suppress the slag entrapment.The EMSFN device is installed in the middle of the tundish and the mold.When it working,it is necessary to ensure the safety of the site and reduce the influence on the slag addition,nozzle replacement,mold level detecting device and so on.This requires that the EMSFN device can be installed quickly and the magnetic field of device can not affect the surrounding environment,so the structure of the EMSFN device should be optimized.Three EMSFN generators with circular,U-shaped and linear structures were compared by the utilization rate of the magnetic field,the swirling strength of the molten steel inside the nozzle and the energy consumption using numerical simulation method by coupling flow field and electromagnetic field.And then the most suitable EMSFN generator structure was obtained.A new magnetic shielding was designed to reduce the magnetic flux leakage and eliminate the effect of magnetic field of EMSFN generator on the surrounding environment.The results showed that with the same magnetic field intensity at the center of the generator,the U-shaped EMSFN generator produced the strongest swirl strength in nozzle,and it was also conducive to installation.The magnetic shielding design could effectively reduce the magnetic field on the surrounding environment of EMSFN generator,but not weaken the stirring effect of electromagnetic field of EMSFN generator on the molten steel in the nozzle
