摘  要:基于智能检修、科技保安全的生产理念,借鉴车底检测机器人的研发经验,拓宽方向开展动车组360度检测系统的应用研究,建立了以车底检测机器人和360度检测系统组合的动车组一级修综合检测模式,逐步取代传统的人工检修作业,实现动车组两侧、车顶及车底的全自动智能检车。Based on the production concept of intelligent maintenance and technology to ensure safety,drawing on the research and development experience of vehicle bottom detection robots,we have expanded our research direction to carry out the application research of the 360 degree detection system for high-speed MUs.We have established a comprehensive inspection mode for C1 repair of MU,which combines vehicle bottom detection robots and 360 degree detection systems to replace traditional manual maintenance operations and achieve fully automatic intelligent vehicle inspection on both sides,roof and bottom of the high-speed MUs.
