摘　　要：目的构建医疗机构新媒体健康科普信息发布评价指标。方法采用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定新媒体健康科普信息发布指标及各指标权重。结果2轮专家咨询中,问卷回收率均高于70%,权威程度高于0.80,专家意见一致性较高,确定了一级指标5个,二级指标12个,三级指标23个;计算权重后,一级指标中,传播受众和信息内容2个一级指标权重较高,分别占比0.335和0.265,三级指标中,“语言与文字适合目标人群的文化水平与阅读能力”在总目标中的权重最大,为0.226,其次是“说明信息的适宜人群或目标人群”,权重为0.109。结论初步构建了医疗机构新媒体健康科普信息发布评价指标,其中,对信息的适宜性和易懂性的评价较为重要,其次是新媒体平台的互动性。Objective To develop evaluation indexes for new media health popularization information release in medical institutions.Methods Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to determine the indexes of new media health popularization information release and the weights of each index.Results In two rounds of expert consultation,the questionnaire recovery rate was higher than 70%,the authority degree was higher than 0.80,expert opinion had a high degree of consistency.The final evaluation indicators included 5 primary indicators,12 secondary indicators and 23 tertiary indicators.Among the first⁃level indicators,the indicators of communication audience and information content had higher weights,accounting for 0.335 and 0.265 respectively.Among the third⁃level indicators,"language and text are suitable for the literacy level and reading ability of the target group"has the largest weight in the overall objective,with 0.226,followed by"Description of the appropriate population or target population for the information",with a weight of 0.109.Conclusion The evaluation indexes of new media health popularization information release in medical institutions were initially con⁃structed.In general,the evaluation of the appropriateness,understandability and originality of the information is more im⁃portant,followed by the interactivity of the new media platform.
