摘　　要：专业的健康传播者对普及健康知识、提高公众健康素养水平具有重要的现实意义。健康科普专家作为专业传播者,是健康传播活动的主体,直接影响受众对健康知识的认知和健康行为的改变。《健康中国行动(2020—2030年)》要求建立并完善健康科普专家库,向公众推荐精准、科学的健康科普知识。北京健康科普专家库是全国首支成立的健康科普专业队伍,成员由政府任命并颁发“北京健康科普专家”聘书,是北京市开展健康科普传播的主要技术力量。本文以北京健康科普专家库为例,对其管理与建设模式从实践角度进行分析,为进一步提升健康科普专家库建设提供参考。Professional health communicators have important practical significance to popularize health knowledge and improve the level of public health literacy.As a professional communicator,health science experts are the main body of health communication activities,which directly affects the audience′s cognition of health knowledge and the change of health behavior.The Healthy China Initiative(2020-2030)requires to establish and improve a database of health science experts to recommend accurate and scientific health science knowledge to the public.Beijing Health Science Expert Database is the first batch of health science professional team established in China,whose members are appointed by the government and a⁃warded the appointment letter of"Beijing Health Science Expert".It is the main professional force for carrying out health sci⁃ence communication in Beijing.This paper takes Beijing health science experts as an example,analyzes their management and construction mode from the perspective of practice,and provides reference for further improving the construction of health science experts.
