摘  要:目的了解北京市现有健康科普专家现状,并分析影响专家开展健康科普媒体宣传活动的主要因素,为今后有针对性地组织健康科普专家开展健康科普活动提供参考依据。方法基于2022年北京健康科普专家工作数据,采用描述性分析和多因素Logistic回归模型分别对专家基本情况、健康科普媒体宣传情况、自媒体账号开设情况和影响专家开展健康科普媒体宣传活动的因素进行分析。结果共纳入专家683人,参与健康科普活动的专家有511人(74.8%)。其中开展健康科普媒体宣传者368人(72.0%),开设自媒体账号者221人(43.2%)。多因素Logistic回归结果显示,以三级医院的专家为参照,机构类别为二级及以下医院的专家开展健康科普媒体宣传的可能性更低,OR值为0.45(95%CI:0.210~0.963);以无职务的专家为参照,职务为中层领导的专家开展健康科普媒体宣传的可能性更高,OR值为1.97(95%CI:1.314~2.939)。结论北京市参与日常诊疗工作的专家参与健康科普宣传活动较多,通过开设自媒体账号参与健康科普活动逐渐成为主流。未来应建立健全公共卫生专业人员、专业化人员开展健康科普工作的激励机制,提升其健康科普能力。Objective To understand the current status of health science experts and the main influencing factors for their health science popularization activities in Beijing,and to provide a reference basis for organizing health science ex⁃perts to carry out targeted health science popularization activities in future.Methods Based on the working data of health science popularization experts in Beijing in 2022,descriptive analysis and multifactorial logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the basic situation of experts,the situation of health science popularization activities,the opening of self⁃media accounts,and the influencing factors for their activities,respectively.Results A total of 683 experts were included,and 511 experts(74.8%)participated in health science popularization activities.Among them,368 people(72.0%)carried out health science media publicity,and 221 people(43.2%)opened self⁃media accounts.Multivariate logistic re⁃gression results showed that compared with experts from tertiary hospitals,experts from secondary and below hospitals were more likely to carry out health science popularization media publicity,with an OR value of 0.45(95%CI:0.210-0.963).Compared with experts without official title,experts with middle⁃level cadres were more likely to carry out health science media publicity,with an OR value of 1.97(95%CI:1.314-2.939).Conclusion Experts who participated in daily diagnosis and treatment work carried out more health science popularization activities in Beijing,and opening self⁃media accounts become the main measurement gradually.In future,we should establish and improve the incentive mecha⁃nism for public health professionals and professional personnel to carry out health science popularization work and improve their health science popularization ability.
