健康教育联合正性暗示对手术室患者身心舒适度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育联合正性暗示对手术室患者身心舒适度的影响。方法选取2021年2月—2022年2月苏州大学附属第二医院收治的择期手术患者252例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组(n=126)、联合组(n=126)。常规组开展常规健康教育,联合组在常规组基础上予以健康教育联合正性暗示。比较两组术前、术后3 d抑郁-焦虑-压力量表简体中文版(Depression Anxiety Stress Scales⁃21,DASS⁃21)评分、Kolcaba简化舒适状况量表(General Comfort Questionnaire,GCQ)评分、术后3 d护理满意度。结果联合组术后3 d的DASS⁃21量表的抑郁、焦虑、压力维度评分分别为(4.68±1.15)分、(6.26±1.75)分、(6.74±1.13)分,均低于常规组(6.03±1.29)分、(9.49±2.08)分、(9.25±1.28)分,GCQ评分总分为(90.60±10.63)分,高于常规组(72.04±10.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组干预后护理满意度93.65%(118/126)高于常规组84.13%(106/126),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用健康教育联合正性暗示可提高手术室患者身心舒适度,改善患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of health education combined with positive suggestion on physical and mental comfort of patients in operating room.Methods A total of 252 patients who was undergoing elective surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as subjects.They were divided into routine group(n=126)and combined group(n=126)according to random number table method.The rou⁃tine group was given routine health education,and the combined group received health education combined with positive sug⁃gestion plusroutine health education.The depression anxiety stress scales⁃21(DASS⁃21),Kolcaba general comfort question⁃naire(GCQ)before and 3 days after operation,the nursing satisfaction at 3 days after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The depression,anxiety and stress dimension scores of DASS⁃21 scale in the combined group were(4.68±1.15)points,(6.26±1.75)points and(6.74±1.13)points,which were lower than those in the routine group[(6.03±1.29)points,(9.49±2.08)points,(9.25±1.28)points,respectively].The total score of GCQ score was(90.60±10.63)points,which was higher than that of routine group(72.04±10.21)points(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the combined group was 93.65%(118/126),which was higher than the routine group 84.13%(106/126,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education combined with positive suggestioncan improve physical and mental comfort and satisfaction of patients in the operating room.
