阿奇霉素与阿莫西林-克拉维酸对儿童患者急性中耳炎抗感染治疗的疗效对照分析

摘　　要：目的对比予以儿童急性中耳炎患儿阿奇霉素、阿莫西林-克拉维酸治疗的效果,为此类患儿治疗提供参考。方法于我院诊治的急性中耳炎患儿中筛选70例为主体,以电脑随机法将患儿分成对照组(35例)、研究组(35例)。予以对照组阿莫西林-克拉维酸治疗,予以研究组阿奇霉素治疗,完成治疗后对比各组临床效果、炎症因子水平、临床症状积分、不良反应情况,病例选取时间为2020年8月-2021年8月。结果(1)临床效果显示,研究组(97.14%)明显较对照组(82.86%)高,P<0.05;(2)炎症因子结果显示,研究组PCT、CRP、hs-CRP水平明显低于对照组,P<0.05;(3)临床症状积分结果显示,研究组均低于对照组,P<0.05;(4)不良反应结果显示,研究组(5.71%)发生率明显较对照组(22.86%)低,P<0.05。结论阿奇霉素治疗儿童急性中耳炎的效果显著优于阿莫西林-克拉维酸,可明显抑制炎症因子水平,改善疾病症状,且用药安全性更为理想,具有临床推广价值。To compare the therapeutic effects of azithromycin and amoxicillin-clavulanic acid on children with acute otitis media,and to provide reference for the treatment of such children.Methods 70 children with acute otitis media diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the main body,and they were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and research group(35 cases)by computer.The control group was treated with amoxicillin-clavulanic acid,and the research group was treated with azithromycin.After the treatment,the clinical effect,inflammatory factor level,clinical symptom score and adverse reactions of each group were compared.The case selection time was from August 2020 to August 2021.Results(1)The clinical effect showed that the study group(97.14%)was significantly higher than the control group(82.86%),P<0.05;(2)The results of infammatory factors showed that the levels of PCT,CRP and hs-CRP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The scores of clinical symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;(4)The results of adverse reactions showed that the incidence of the study group(5.71%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(22.86%),P<0.05.Conclusion Azithromycin is superior to amoxicillin-clavulanic acid in the treatment of acute otitis media in children.It can obviously inhibit the level of inflammatory factors and improve the symptoms of the disease.Moreover,it is more safe and worthy of clinical popularization.
