彩色多普勒超声在扁桃体周围脓肿诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究彩色多普勒超声在扁桃体周围脓肿诊断中的应用。方法择取在本院就诊的50例疑似扁桃体周围脓肿患者,接收时间段介于2020年1月至2021年12月间。所有研究对象均进行彩色多普勒超声检查,观察检查结果。结果45例患者经诊断性穿刺确诊,彩色多普勒超声检查的检出率为88.00%,诊断的敏感度数据、特异度数据、准确性数据、阳性预测值、阴性预测值依次为93.33%、60.00%、90.00%、95.45%、50.00%。结论对于诊断扁桃体周围脓肿而言,彩色多普勒超声检查具有操作简单、无创、准确性较高等优势,临床推广应用价值高。Objective To study the application of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of peritonsillar abscess.Methods A total of 50 patients with suspected peritonsillar abscess who were treated in our hospital were selected and received from January 2020 to December 2021.All subjects underwent color Doppler ultrasonography to observe the results.Results 45 patients were diagnosed by diagnostic puncture,the detection rate of color Doppler ultrasonography was 88.00%,and the diagnostic sensitivity data,specificity data,accuracy data,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value were 93.33%.,60.00%,90.00%,95.45%,50.00%.Conclusion For the diagnosis of peritonsillar abscess,color Doppler ultrasonography has the advantages of simple operation,non-invasiveness and high accuracy,and has high clinical application value.
