儿童突发性鼻出血细菌病原微生物的分析

摘　　要：目的:临床治疗突发性鼻出血儿童患者中,细菌病原微生物分析的作用探讨。方法:在前来我院就诊的突发性鼻出血儿童患者中抽选60例为样本,抽选时间设定于2020.8-2021.8,观察患者鼻腔状态,采集患者鼻腔分泌物,实施细菌培养措施,分析其鼻腔状态及细菌检测结果。结果:分析观察可知,鼻腔内有结痂的儿童患者有较高几率发生突发性鼻出血疾病,与其他鼻腔内部状态的儿童患者相比,P<0.05;经细菌培养分析发现,突发性鼻出血儿童患者中,细菌病原微生物检验中含有金黄色葡萄球菌的占比较高,鼻腔状态为结痂、局部血管隆起时,患者感染金黄色葡萄球菌的几率高,与无金黄色葡萄球菌的患者相比,P<0.05。结论:儿童突发性鼻出血疾病的发生与鼻腔损伤、金黄色葡萄球菌感染存在关联性,鼻腔损伤可造成部分血管组织增生及结痂现象,提高了细菌病原菌感染率,继而诱发炎症反应,是导致突发性鼻出血发生率升高的重要原因之一。Objective:To explore the role of bacterial pathogenic microorganism analysis in the clinical treatment of children with sudden epistaxis.Methods:60 cases of children with sudden epistaxis who came to our hospital for treatment were selected as samples.The selection time was set from 2020.8 to 2021.8.The nasal cavity status and bacterial test results were analyzed.Results:Analysis and observation showed that children with scabs in the nasal cavity had a higher chance of sudden epistaxis.Compared with other children with internal nasal conditions,P<0.o5;In children with epistaxis,the proportion of bacterial pathogenic microorganisms containing Staphylococcus aureus is relatively high.When the nasal cavity is crusted and local blood vessels are bulged,the probability of infection with Staphylococcus aureus is high,which is different from that of patients without Staphylococcus aureus.In contrast,P<0.05.Conclusion:The occurrence of sudden epistaxis in children is associated with nasal cavity injury and Staphylococcus aureus infection.Nasal cavity injury can cause some vascular tissue hyperplasia and crusting,which increases the infection rate of bacterial pathogens,and then induces an inflammatory response.One of the important reasons for the increased incidence of sudden epistaxis.
