高渗盐水滴鼻治疗新生儿鼻塞的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析予以新生儿鼻塞高渗盐水滴鼻治疗的效果,评估临床价值。方法于本院儿科诊治的新生儿鼻塞中筛选70例为主体,应用抽签法对全部患儿分组,其中35例作为研究组,采取高渗盐水滴鼻治疗,剩余35例作为对照组,采取地塞米松注射液滴鼻治疗,治疗后比较组间临床疗效、症状积分、症状缓解时间。结果(1)临床疗效对比结果显示,研究组总有效率高达97.14%,明显高于对照组的82.86%,P<0.05;(2)症状积分对比结果显示,研究组治疗后鼻塞、流涕、哭闹不止、呼吸有声积分显著低于对照组,P<0.05;(3)症状缓解时间对比结果显示,研究组明显较对照组短,P<0.05。结论在新生儿鼻塞治疗中,高渗盐水滴鼻治疗效果显著优于地塞米松注射液滴鼻,可促进疾病症状改善,对减轻疾病损害、促进新生儿健康成长具有重要意义,临床应用价值理想。Objective To analyze the effect of nasal drip of hypertonic saline for neonatal nasal congestion and evaluate its clinical value.Methods 70 cases of neonatal nasal congestion diagnosed and treated in pediatric department of our hospital were selected as the main body,and all the children were divided into groups by lottery.Among them,35 cases were treated with hypertonic saline nasal drops,and the remaining 35 cases were treated with dexamethasone injection nasal drops.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,symptom score and symptom relief time between the two groups were compared.Results(1)The comparison results of clinical efficacy showed that the total effective rate of the study group was as high as97.14%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 82.86%,P<0.05);(2)The comparison results of symptom scores showed that after treatment,the scores of nasal congestion,runny nose,incessant crying and dyspnea in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the remission time of symptoms in the study group was significantly shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of neonatal nasal congestion,the therapeutic effect of hypertonic saline nasal drops is significantly better than that of dexamethasone injection nasal drops,which can promote the improvement of disease symptoms,reduce the damage of diseases and promote the healthy growth of newborns,and has ideal clinical application value.
