经鼻内镜手术在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉治疗中的临床应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉者在鼻内镜手术治疗后予生理盐水冲洗干预的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2019年4月到2022年4月收治慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉者90例,以随机数表法分为鼻内镜手术治疗对照组(n=45)与联合生理盐水鼻腔冲洗干预观察组(n=45),比较两组临床疗效及康复进程(术创上皮化时间与鼻塞、鼻痛、头痛改善时间),另统计两组并发症发生率评估安全性。结果观察组总有效率较对照组高(97.78%vs82.22%,P<0.05)。观察组术创上皮化时间与鼻塞、鼻痛、头痛改善时间分别为(24.03±3.76)d、(3.07±0.89)d、(3.79±1.02)d、(3.72±0.92)d,均短于对照组(29.85±4.17)d、(4.52±1.05)d、(5.25±1.12)d、(5.17±1.08)d(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(4.44%vs20.00%,P<0.05)。结论对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉者在鼻内镜手术后予生理盐水冲洗鼻腔能提高疗效,可促进患者康复,且可降低并发症风险。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of saline irrigation intervention after nasal polyps.Methods Choose from April 2019 to April 2022 chronic sinus polyps 90 cases,by random table into nasal endoscopic surgery control group(n=45)and combined saline nasal irrigation intervention observation group(n=45),compare the clinical efficacy and rehabilitation process(surgical epithelialization time and nasal congestion,nasal pain,headache improvement time),and two groups of complications to evaluate safety.Results The total response rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(97.78%vs82.22%,P<0.05).The time of invasive epithelialization and improvement time of nasal congestion,nasal pain,and headache were(24.03±3.76)d,(3.07±0.89)d,(3.79±1.02)d,(3.72±0.92)d,29.17)d,(4.05)d,(4.52±1.25±1.12)d,(5.17±1.08)d(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observed group was lower than that in the control group(4.44%vs20.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The nasal cavity can improve the effect,promote the recovery and reduce the risk of complications.
