雾化吸入治疗的急慢性咽喉炎患者实施综合护理的效果及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的医生对急慢性咽喉炎患者采取雾化吸入疗法过程中,综合护理措施的临床效果及对患者生活质量好转程度的作用探究。方法在我院接收的急慢性咽喉炎患者中抽取研究样本,抽取时间设定为2020.8-2021.8,共抽取样本89例,根据抽签方式分组,对比组由45例急慢性咽喉炎患者组成,讨论组由44例急慢性咽喉炎患者构成,两组均行雾化吸入疗法,与此同时,运用常规模式护理照护对比组的患者,运用综合护理模式照护讨论组的患者,比较组间生活质量好转情况、临床效果及不良反应发生情况。结果生活质量对照,讨论组各项评分较对比组分值高,两组间有明显统计学差异,比较结果P<0.05;临床效果对照,讨论组临床总有效率较对比组高,两组间有明显统计学差异,比较结果P<0.05;不良反应对照,讨论组总发生率较对比组低,两组间有明显统计学差异,比较结果P<0.05。结论临床治疗急慢性咽喉疾病时,多以雾化吸入方式给药,疗效确切,在此过程中,实施综合护理措施,有促进临床效果,提升治疗护理安全性作用,于生活质量改善方面有积极促进影响。Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing measures and the effect of improving the quality of life of patients in the process of doctors taking aerosol inhalation therapy for patients with acute and chronic pharyngitis.Methods The research samples were selected from the patients with acute and patients in the comparison group were cared for by the conventional nursing mode,and the patients in the discussion group were cared for by the comprehensive nursing mode,and the quality of life improved between the groups.situation,clinical effects and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results In the quality of life control,the scores of the discussion of the discussion group was higher than that of the control group,and the two groups There was a significant statistical difference between the two groups,and the comparison result was P<0.05;in the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,and there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups,and the comparison result was P<0.05.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of acute and chronic throat diseases,the drug is usually administered by atomization inhalation,and the curative effect is definite.In this process,the implementation of comprehensive nursing measures can promote clinical effects,improve the safety of treatment and nursing,and improve the quality of life.Actively promote impact.
