摘　　要：目的分析内镜下套扎术联合聚桂醇硬化剂注射治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ度内痔的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年10月收治的86例Ⅱ~Ⅲ度内痔患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组采用内镜下套扎术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加聚桂醇硬化剂注射治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2 d,观察组的P物质(SP)、多巴胺(DA)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后7 d,观察组的肛管舒张压、肛管静息压高于对照组,最长收缩时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。术后7 d,观察组的简明健康调查量表(SF-36)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内镜下套扎术联合聚桂醇硬化剂注射治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ度内痔效果显著,有利于缓解疼痛程度,促进肛门功能恢复,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic ligation combined with lauromacrogol sclerosing agent injection in the treatment ofⅡ-Ⅲdegree internal hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 86 patients withⅡ-Ⅲdegree internal hemorrhoids admitted from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with endoscopic ligation,and the observation group was treated with lauromacrogol sclerosing agent injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 2 d after operation,the levels of substance P(SP),dopamine(DA),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and the score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 d after operation,the anal diastolic pressure and anal resting pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the longest contraction time was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 d after operation,the scores of each dimension of 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic ligation combined with lauromacrogol sclerosing agent injection is effective in the treatment ofⅡ-Ⅲdegree internal hemorrhoids,which is beneficial to relieve pain,promote the recovery of anal function and improve the quality of life.
