宫腔球囊压迫止血治疗产后出血的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析产后出血产妇采用宫腔球囊压迫止血治疗的作用与价值。方法选取60例产后出血产妇,根据1:1等分原则分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组实施子宫压缩缝合术治疗,试验组实施宫腔球囊压迫止血治疗。比较两组产妇治疗效果。结果试验组手术时间、下床活动时间、填充物留置时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分娩前,两组产妇血红蛋白(Hb)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);分娩后1d,试验组产妇的Hb水平(105.44±10.13)g/L高于对照组的(98.34±7.83)g/L,出血量(845.23±67.34)ml、输血量(2.15±0.53)U均分别少于对照组的(936.23±78.34)ml、(3.31±0.48)U,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后出血产妇采用宫腔球囊压迫止血方案治疗,止血效果确切,临床应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the effect and value of uterine balloon compression for hemostasis in postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 60 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to 1:1 equal division principle,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with uterine compression suture,and the experimental group was treated with uterine balloon compression hemostasis.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,getting out of bed time,filling retention time and hospitalization time of experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before delivery,there was no significant difference in hemoglobin(Hb)level between the two groups(P>0.05).On day 1 after delivery,the level of Hb in experimental group(105.44±10.13)g/L was higher than that in control group(98.34±7.83)g/L.The amount of blood loss(845.23±67.34)ml and the amount of blood transfusion(2.15±0.53)U were lower than that of control group(936.23±78.34)ml and(3.31±0.48)U,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with uterine balloon compression hemostasis is effective and has high clinical application value.
