口服联合阴道黄体酮对体外受精胚胎移植妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨口服联合阴道黄体酮对体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠结局的影响。方法 选取693例接受辅助生殖助孕患者为研究对象,根据不同黄体酮支持方式分为两组,对照组311例采用口服联合肌内注射给药,试验组382例采用口服联合阴道给药。比较两组的妊娠结局及不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组着床率、妊娠率、流产率分别为42.42%、57.59%、11.82%,与对照组的39.58%、52.09%、16.67%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为4.19%,显著低于对照组的16.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 体外受精-胚胎移植周期中予以口服联合阴道黄体酮治疗,在不影响妊娠有效性的前提下,能减少不良反应,保障治疗安全。Objective To study the effect of oral combination with vaginal progesterone on the pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization embryo transfer.Methods 693 patients who received assisted reproductive assistance for pregnancy were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups based on different progesterone support methods.The control group consisted of 311 patients who received oral and intramuscular injection,while the experimental group consisted of 382 patients who received oral and vaginal administration.The pregnancy outcomes and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The implantation rate,pregnancy rate,and miscarriage rate in the experimental group were 42.42%,57.59%,and 11.82%,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference compared to the control group's 39.58%,52.09%,and 16.67%(P>0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.19%,significantly lower than the 16.08%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<o.05).Conclusion Oral combined with vaginal progesterone therapy during the in vitro fertilization embryo transfer cycle can reduce adverse reactions and ensure treatment safety without affecting pregnancy effectiveness.
