子午流注纳支法穴位按压贴敷对大剂量地塞米松预处理紫杉醇化疗患者睡眠质量的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨子午流注纳支法穴位按压贴敷对大剂量地塞米松预处理紫杉醇化疗患者睡眠质量的影响。方法选取120例接受紫杉醇化疗的患者,按照随机数字表法分为子午流注纳支法穴位按压贴敷组、穴位按压贴敷组、对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,穴位按压贴敷组在常规护理基础上进行穴位按压贴敷,但不择时,避开子午流注纳支法的时间点,子午流注纳支法穴位按压贴敷组在常规护理基础上利用子午流注理论进行穴位按压贴敷。观察比较三组患者干预前后睡眠质量评分、近1个月每晚睡眠时间及干预后近1周每晚睡眠时间。结果与对照组相比,穴位按压贴敷组和子午流注纳支法穴位按压贴敷组干预后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、近1个月的每晚睡眠时间、近1周的每晚睡眠时间,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子午流注纳支法穴位按压贴敷组干预后的PSQI评分、近1个月的每晚睡眠时间、近1周的每晚睡眠时间均明显优于穴位按压贴敷组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对大剂量地塞米松预处理紫杉醇化疗患者使用子午流注纳支法穴位按压贴敷可以改善紫杉醇化疗患者的睡眠质量、睡眠时间,提高患者的基本需求。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint pressing and sticking on sleep quality in patients with paclitaxel chemotherapy pretreated with dexamethasone.Methods 120 patients who received paclitaxel chemotherapy were selected and divided into acupoint pressing and applying with meridian flow injection theory group,acupoint compression and application group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the acupoint compression and application group was treated with acupoint pressing on the basis of routine nursing,but avoiding the time point of meridian flow injection and supporting branch method,and acupoint pressing and applying with meridian flow injection theory group was treated with meridian flow injection theory on the basis of routine nursing.The sleep quality scores,sleep time per night for the past month,and sleep time per night for the past week before and after intervention among three groups of patients were observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,sleep time every night for nearly one month,and sleep time per night for nearly one week after intervention in the acupoint compression and application group and the acupoint pressing and applying with meridian flow injection theory group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in PSQI score,sleep time every night for nearly one month,and sleep time per night for nearly one week after intervention between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint pressing and applying with meridian flow injection theory in high-dose dexamethasone pretreated paclitaxel chemotherapy patients can improve the sleep quality and sleep time of paclitaxel chemotherapy patients and improve the basic needs of patients.
