四君子汤联合加味桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究四君子汤联合加味桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取80例子宫肌瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组,每组40例。常规组采用米非司酮治疗,观察组采用四君子汤联合加味桂枝茯苓丸治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗30d、90d后,观察组患者的肌瘤体积、子宫体积均明显小于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的雌二醇、促黄体生成素、孕酮、促卵泡生成素水平均明显低于常规组,治疗后各项症状评分明显低于常规组,不良反应发生率2.50%明显低于常规组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤联合加味桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤患者效果显著,能够明显减小肌瘤体积,降低性激素水平,缓解临床症状,且用药安全。Objective To study the clinical effect of sijunzi decoction combined with supplemented guizhi poria pills in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods 80 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into routine group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with sijunzi decoction combined with supplemented guizhi poria pills.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After 30 and 90 days of treatment,myoma volume and uterine volume in observation group were significantly lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of estradiol,luteinizing hormone,progesterone and follicle-stimulating hormone in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the reaction scores of various diseases after treatment were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the incidence of adverse reactions(2.50%)was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(20.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Sijunzi decoction combined with supplemented Guizhi poria Pill has a remarkable effect in the treatment of uterine fibroids,which can significantly reduce the volume of fibroids,reduce the level of sex hormones,relieve clinical symptoms,and the drug is safe.
