复方米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤保守治疗异位妊娠的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探究复方米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤保守治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法 选取100例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为JADL组和MFST组,每组50例。JADL组采用甲氨蝶呤单一治疗,MFST组采用复方米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤保守治疗。比较两组患者包块消失时间、腹痛消失时间、血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)恢复时间及阴道流血消失时间。结果 经干预后,MFST组患者包块消失时间、腹痛消失时间、血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)恢复时间、阴道流血消失时间分别为(18.22±1.34)d、(5.16±1.18)d、(14.76±1.28)d、(9.76±1.18)d,均明显短于JADL组的(23.89±1.95)d、(8.36±1.34)d、(21.66±1.34)d、(12.66±1.22)d,差异均有统计学意义(t=16.945、12.673、11.066、12.082,P<0.05)。结论 在异位妊娠患者治疗中实施复方米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤干预能促进患者快速康复,值得推广实施。Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound mifepristone combined with methotrexate in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 10o patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected as the study subjects and divided into JADL group and MFST group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The JADL group was treated with methotrexate monotherapy,and the MFST group was treated conservatively with compound mifepristone and methotrexate.The disappearance time of mass,abdominal pain,the recovery time ofβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)and disappearance of vaginal bleeding between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the disappearance time of mass,abdominal pain,the recovery time ofβ-HCG and disappearance of vaginal bleeding in the MFST group were(18.22±1.34)d、(5.16±1.18)d、(14.76±1.28)d、(9.76±1.18)d,whichweresignificantly shorterthan(23.89±1.95)d、(8.36±1.34)d、(21.66±1.34)d、(12.66±1.22)dintheJADL group,thedifferenceswerestatistically significant(t=16.945,12.673,11.066and12.082,P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of compound mifepristone and methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy patients can promote rapid recovery,is worthy of promotion and implementation.
