计划生育节育手术后口服避孕药的止血效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究计划生育节育手术后口服避孕药的止血效果。方法选取80例采取节育手术后出现阴道出血症状的患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组在术后口服抗感染类药物,观察组在术后口服避孕药物。比较两组患者的止血效果、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的持续出血时间、药物起效时间均明显短于对照组,出血量明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服避孕药对于节育手术后出现阴道出血症状的患者而言,有利于减少出血量,缩短出血时间,对于预防宫内残留、内分泌紊乱等具有积极意义,具有一定借鉴价值。ObjectiveTo explore the hemostatic effect of oral contraceptives after birth control operation.Methods80 patients with symptoms of vaginal bleeding after undergoing birth control surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group received oral antibiotics after surgery,while the observation group received oral contraceptives after surgery.The hemostatic effect and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The continuous bleeding time and medication onset time of the observation group patients were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the bleeding volume was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than the 20.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral contraceptives are beneficial to reduce the amount of bleeding and shorten the bleeding time for patients with vaginal bleeding symptoms,which has positive significance for the prevention of intrauterine residue,endocrine disorders and other adverse conditions,and has certain reference value.
