性激素治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的探究性激素治疗青春期功能性子宫出血疾病对患者临床指标、血清性激素水平及不良反应发生情况的影响。方法选取60例青春期功能性子宫出血患者,根据简单随机化分为对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组患者实施常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上实施性激素治疗。比较两组患者的临床指标、血清性激素水平及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者住院时间、控制出血时间、止血时间短于对照组,子宫内膜厚度明显厚于对照组,子宫平滑肌功能评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组LH、FSH水平低于对照组,E_(2)、P水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者不良反应发生率6.67%与对照组的13.33%比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上,联合使用性激素治疗青春期功能性子宫出血患者,临床疗效确切,同时止血效果更佳,可改善性激素水平,具有安全性,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the effects of sex hormone therapy on clinical indexes,serum sex hormone levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients with adolescent functional uterine bleeding disease.Methods 60 adolescent patients with functional uterine bleeding were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to simple randomization,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received sex hormone therapy based on the control group.The clinical indexes,serum sex hormone levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time,bleeding control time and hemostasis time of experimental group were shorter than that of control group,the endometrial thickness was significantly thicker than that of control group,and the uterine smooth muscle function score was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,LH and FSH levels in experimental groups were lower than those in control group,E_(2) and P levels were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<o.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group(6.67%)and the control group(13.33%)(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,the combined use of sex hormones in the treatment of adolescent patients with functional uterine bleeding has definite clinical efficacy,better hemostatic effect,and can improve the level of sex hormones,which is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
