十全大补汤联合手术治疗创伤性骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析十全大补汤联合手术治疗创伤性骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2020年11月—2022年10月龙岩市中医院骨伤二科收治的70例创伤性骨折患者。根据随机抽签法将其分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予十全大补汤治疗。比较两组术后1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d疼痛程度、时间指标,术前1 d、术后3个月生活自理能力及生活质量,临床疗效及并发症。结果:观察组术后3 d、5 d、7 d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肿胀消退时间、骨痂形成时间、骨折愈合时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组Barthel指数评分、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:十全大补汤联合手术治疗创伤性骨折可提升手术疗效,缩短术后康复时间,降低并发症风险,有助于患者尽早恢复正常生活。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Shiquan Dabu Decoction combined with operation in the treatment of traumatic fracture.Method:A total of 70 patients with traumatic fracture admitted to the Second Department of Bone Injury of Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to October 2022 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random drawing method,35 cases in each group.The control group was given operation treatment,and the observation group was given Shiquan Dabu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The pain degree at 1 d,3 d,5 d and 7 d after operation,time index,self-care ability and quality of life 1 d before operation,3 months after operation,clinical efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group at 3 d,5 d and 7 d after operation were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The swelling regression time,poroma formation time and fracture healing time in observation group were earlier than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,Barthel index and short form 36 questionnaire(SF-36)scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shiquan Dabu Decoction combined with operation in the treatment of traumatic fracture can improve the operative effect,shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time,reduce the risk of complications,and help patients to return to normal life as soon as possible.
