摘 要:目的:探究转化生长因子-β_(1)(transforming growth factor-β_(1),TGF-β_(1))、可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1,sFlt-1)在胎盘植入中的表达及预测效能。方法:回顾性选取2015年6月—2021年6月福建医科大学省立临床医学院收治的42例胎盘植入患者作为观察组,另选取同时期本院健康体检的60例健康产妇作为对照组。检测两组TGF-β_(1)、sFlt-1水平。比较两组TGF-β_(1)、sFlt-1水平。比较观察组不同植入深度患者TGF-β_(1)、sFlt-1水平。分析TGF-β_(1)、sFlt-1对胎盘植入的预测效能。结果:观察组TGF-β_(1)、sFlt-1水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着植入深度的增加,患者TGF-β_(1)、sFlt-1水平逐渐升高。TGF-β_(1)、sFlt-1诊断胎盘植入的AUC、特异度与敏感度均明显低于联合检测。结论:在胎盘植入诊断中,TGF-β_(1)、sFlt-1联合检测的敏感度、特异度较高。随着胎盘植入深度增加,TGF-β_(1)、sFlt-1水平增高。TGF-β_(1)、sFlt-1可为胎盘植入诊断及病情程度判断提供科学依据。Objective:To explore the expression of transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1)),soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1(sFlt-1)in placental implantation and its predictive efficacy.Method:Forty-two patients with placenta implantation admitted to the Shengli Clinical Medical College of Fujian Medical University from June 2015 to June 2021 were selected retrospectively as the observation group,and 60 healthy lying-in woman who underwent physical examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of TGF-β_(1)and sFlt-1 were detected in the two groups.The levels of TGF-β_(1)and sFlt-1 were compared between the two groups.The levels of TGF-β_(1)and sFlt-1 in patients with different implantation types were compared in the observation group.The predictive efficacy of TGF-β_(1)and sFlt-1 on placental implantation was analyzed.Result:The levels of TGF-β_(1)and sFlt-1 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increasing implantation depth,the levels of TGF-β_(1)and sFlt-1 in patients were continuously increased.The specificity and sensitivity,AUC of TGF-β_(1)and sFlt-1 in the diagnosis of placenta implantation were significantly lower than that of combined detection.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of placental implantation,the sensitivity and specificity of TGF-β_(1)and sFlt-1 combined detection are higher.The levels of TGF-β_(1)and sFlt-1 increased with the increase of placental implantation depth.TGF-β_(1)and sFlt-1 can provide a scientific basis for the diagnosis of placenta implantation and the severity of the disease.
