白光教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床经验

摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是脾胃科中常见的疾病,世界卫生组织已将其列为现代难治疾病之一。近年来,此病的发病率及向结肠癌转化率升高,已逐渐成为全球重点关注的疾病之一。白光教授辨治UC有多年的临床经验,常以中、西医相结合的治疗方式治疗本病,力求提高患者的生活质量。对于脾虚湿蕴型UC常根据治泻九法以白头翁汤为底方加减进行治疗,慢性复发型患者常获良效。笔者对白光教授治疗该病病案及临床经验进行整理总结,验案进行如下举隅,以期有益于临床治疗及为学者研究提供新思路。Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a common disease of the spleen and stomach department,and the World Health Organization has listed it as one of the most intractable diseases in modern times.In recent years,the incidence and conversion rate to colon cancer of this disease have increased,and it has gradually become one of the most important diseases in the world.Professor Bai Guang has many years of clinical experience in the differentiation and treatment of UC,and often treats the disease with a combination treatment method of Chinese and western medicine,and strives to improve the quality of life of patients.For the treatment of UC with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type,often according to the nine methods for treating diarrhea,adding or subtracting Baitouweng Decoction as the base formula,and the patients with chronic recurrence often get good results.The author organize and summarize the medical cases and clinical experience of Professor Bai Guang in the treatment of this disease,and listed the cases as follows,in order to benefit clinical treatment and provide new ideas for scholars'research.
