PCOS患者心理弹性、性生活状况及其与配偶支持的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者心理弹性、性生活状况及其与配偶支持的相关性。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年8月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的46例PCOS患者作为观察组,选取同期42例健康体检者作为对照组;采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、简明女性性功能指数(BISF-W)及夫妻支持应对量表(DCI)评估两组心理弹性、性生活状况及配偶支持情况,分析PCOS患者心理弹性、性生活状况与配偶支持情况相关性。结果:观察组CD-RISC(坚韧性、力量、乐观性及总分)评分、DCI(相互支持应对、授权支持应对、共同支持应对、消极夫妻支持应对及总分)评分均低于对照组,BISF-W(性活动、性欲望、性满意度及总分)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PCOS患者CD-RISC评分、BISF-W评分与DCI评分呈显著正相关(r=0.371、0.446,P<0.01)。结论:PCOS患者心理弹性、性生活状况与配偶支持具有相关性,患者治疗的同时应给予配偶关注,并制定相应干预措施,以促进患者心理弹性、性生活改善。Objective:To explore the psychological resilience,sexual life status and correlation with spouse support in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Method:A total of 46 patients with PCOS who admitted to Fujian Medical University 2nd Affiliated Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 42 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.The Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),brief index of sexual functioning for women(BISF-W)and dyadic coping inventory(DCI)were used to evaluate the psychological resilience,sexual life status and spouse support of two groups,and the correlation between psychological resilience,sexual life status and spouse support of PCOS patients were analyzed.Result:The CD-RISC(resilience,strength,optimism and total score)scores and DCI(mutual supportive coping,empowering supportive coping,co-supportive coping,negative couples supportive coping and total score)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the BISF-W(sexual activity,sexual desire,sexual satisfaction and total score)scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD-RISC score,BISF-W score and DCI score of PCOS patients were significantly positively correlated(r=0.371,0.446,P<0.01).Conclusion:The psychological resilience and sexual life status of PCOS patients are correlated with spouse support,patients should pay attention to their spouses while receiving treatment,and formulate corresponding intervention measures to promote the improvement of patients'psychological resilience and sexual life.
