中药外敷联合踝关节支具固定治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究中药外敷联合踝关节支具固定治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年6月湖州市南浔区中医院骨伤科收治的106例急性踝关节扭伤患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组及观察组,各53例。对照组给予踝关节支具固定治疗,观察组给予中药外敷联合踝关节支具固定治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前,治疗7 d、14 d后的疼痛程度、肿胀程度、踝关节功能、微循环指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d、14 d后,观察组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、肿胀程度评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d、14 d后,观察组疼痛、功能、活动度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d、14 d后,观察组管襻形态、血液流态、襻周状态积分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷联合踝关节支具固定治疗急性踝关节扭伤的效果较好,且可显著改善患者的踝关节功能及微循环状态。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with ankle joint brace fixation in the treatment of acute ankle joint sprain.Method:A total of 106 patients with acute ankle joint sprain treated in the Orthopedics Department of Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanxun District of Huzhou City from March 2020 to June 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ankle joint brace fixation,and the observation group was treated with external application of Chinese medicine combined with ankle joint brace fixation.The clinical effects,pain degree,swelling degree,ankle joint function and microcirculation index before treatment,after 7 d and 14 d of treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d and 14 d of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and swelling degree score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d and 14 d of treatment,the pain,function and activity scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d and 14 d of treatment,the loop morphology,blood flow state,and loop state in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with ankle joint brace fixation in the treatment of patients with acute ankle joint sprain is better,and it can significantly improve the ankle joint function and microcirculation state of patients.
