中医特色护理结合快速康复外科护理在日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中医特色护理结合快速康复外科护理在日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法选择2021年8月至2022年12月河南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的126例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其分为两组,观察组63例,对照组63例,对照组接受快速康复外科护理,观察组接受中医特色护理结合快速康复外科护理,比较两组患者的术后排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间、腹胀评分及术后痛感评分。结果护理后,观察组术后排气、肠鸣音恢复及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),腹胀及疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理结合快速康复外科护理能够有效缩短患者的术后排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间,提高护理满意度,降低腹胀评分及术后痛感评分,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy during the day.Methods A total of 126 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Using a random number table method,they were divided into two groups:an observation group of 63 cases and a control group of 63 cases.The control group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing,the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing.The postoperative exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,hospital stay,abdominal distension score and postoperative pain score between two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the observation group had lower postoperative exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and hospital stay than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had lower abdominal distension and postoperative pain scores than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher overall satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing can effectively reduce postoperative exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,hospitalization time,improve nursing satisfaction,reduce abdominal distension score and postoperative pain score,and is worth promoting.
