医护技一体化临床护理模式在3.0 T闭合式磁共振引导下小肝癌微波消融治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨医护技一体化临床护理模式在3.0 T闭合式磁共振(MR)引导下小肝癌患者微波消融治疗中的应用效果。方法采用完全随机方法,选取2019年10月至2020年4月于郑州大学第一附属医院磁共振复合手术室行小肝癌微波消融原发性肝癌患者50例(85个病灶),分为对照组和试验组,各25例。对照组接受传统的医护技模式管理,试验组接受医护技一体化模式管理。比较两组患者术中抑郁、焦虑状态和闭气完成度、图像质量。结果两组MR引导下经皮肝穿MWA治疗均顺利完成,技术成功率100%。试验组患者术中抑郁、焦虑评分较对照组降低(P<0.05),患者闭气完成度和图像质量提高(P<0.05)。结论医护技一体化临床护理模式在MR介入手术中能够减轻患者抑郁、焦虑状态,提高闭气完成度和图像质量。Objective To investigate prospective cohort study of the therapeutic effect of clinical nursing mode integrating medical care and technology in the treatment of small hepatocellular carcinoma patients with microwave ablation under the guidance of 3.0 T magnetic resonance(MR).Methods A total of 50 patients with primary liver cancer(85 lesions)underwent microwave ablation of small liver cancer in the magnetic resonance complex operating room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2019 to April 2020 were selected by completely random method,and were divided into control group and experimentol group,with 25 cases each.The control group was managed by the traditional medical technology mode,and the experimental group was managed by the integrated medical technology mode.The depression,anxiety,completion of closed breath and image quality were compared between the two groups.Results MR-guided percutaneous transhepatic MWA was successfully performed in both groups,and the technical success rate was 100%.The scores of depression and anxiety in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the completion of breath closure and image quality were improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing mode of integration of medical care and technology in MR interventional surgery can reduce the depression and anxiety of patients,and improve the completion of closed breath and image quality.
