摘　　要：胃癌仍然是严重威胁世界人民生命健康的疾病。目前,外科治疗依旧是胃癌治疗的前提及基石,随着腹腔镜及机器人技术的应用及发展、胃癌靶点的发掘及免疫治疗的开展、人工智能辅助以及组学探索等方面取得突破,胃癌治疗来到了一个新的阶段。2023年国际胃癌大会(IGCC 2023)于2023年6月14~17日在日本横滨市召开,作为疫情以来全世界胃癌诊治及研究领域学者线下相聚的盛会,IGCC 2023带来了丰富的学术内容。会议汇聚了来自全球40余个国家或地区的340余名胃癌领域著名专家和近1300余名医生及科研工作者。议题涵盖胃癌流行病学、预防、筛查诊断、胃癌微创外科治疗、进展期及晚期胃癌的药物治疗选择、围手术期管理、基础与转化研究等方向,以及对食管胃结合部肿瘤诊治策略、人工智能、大数据分析等前沿话题展开探讨。在可预见的未来,胃癌外科将更为精准化、智能化、微创化,同时免疫及靶向等辅助治疗疗效的提升将使病人进一步获益。Gastric cancer remains a serious threat to the lives and health of people worldwide.Currently,surgical treatment remains the cornerstone and prerequisite for gastric cancer therapy.With breakthroughs in the application and development of laparoscopy and robotic technology,the discovery of gastric cancer targets,the advancement of immunotherapy,the use of artificial intelligence assistance,and the exploration of omics,gastric cancer treatment has entered a new stage.The 2023 International Gastric Cancer Congress(IGCC2023)was held in Yokohama,Japan,from June 14th to 17th.As a significant event where scholars in the field of gastric cancer diagnosis,treatment,and research gathered offline since the pandemic,this IGCC brought abundant academic content.The conference brought together more than 340 renowned experts from over 40 countries/regions worldwide,along with nearly 1,300 doctors and researchers.The topics covered various aspects,including gastric cancer epidemiology,prevention,screening,diagnosis,minimally invasive surgical treatment,drug therapy options for advanced and late-stage gastric cancer,patient perioperative management,basic and translational research,as well as discussions on cutting-edge topics like the diagnosis and treatment strategies for gastroesophageal junction tumors,artificial intelligence,and big data analysis.In the foreseeable future,gastric cancer surgery will become more precise,intelligent,and minimally invasive.Simultaneously,the improvement in the effectiveness of adjuvant therapies such as immunotherapy and targeted therapy will further benefit patients.
