摘  要:目的评价化学消毒剂对赝复用硅橡胶色彩稳定性的影响。方法使用ZY-1赝复用硅橡胶和A-2000赝复用硅橡胶制作直径20 mm、高5 mm的试件各20个。将试件分为四组,每组5个。采用70%异丙醇(A组)、0.2%葡萄糖酸氯己定(B组)、1%次氯酸钠(C组)、蒸馏水(D组,对照组)各浸泡5 min,重复360次,为1年的模拟使用消毒。分析试件在浸泡前、模拟消毒1个月、3个月、6个月、9个月、1年时硅橡胶试件的色差值ΔE。结果在经过消毒剂浸泡后,A组和B组试件色度变化最为明显,C组试件的颜色改变最小。结论颜面赝复体的消毒程序会影响其色彩稳定性。异丙醇和次氯酸钠消毒剂会造成硅橡胶明显的颜色改变,不适用于颜面赝复体的消毒。0.2%的葡萄糖酸氯己定是较为合适的颜面赝复体消毒剂。Objective To evaluate the effect of chemical disinfectants on the color stability of prosthesis silicone rubber.Methods Twenty specimens with a diameter of 20 mm and a height of 5 mm were made using ZY-1 pseudo reused silicone rubber and A-2000 pseudo reused silicone rubber.The specimens were divided into 4 groups,each consisting of 5 pieces.They were soaked in 70%isopropanol(group A),0.2%chlorhexidine gluconate(group B),1%sodium hypochlorite(group C),and distilled water(group D,control group)for 5 minutes each,repeating 360 times for 1 year of simulated disinfection.The color differenceΔE of silicone rubber samples before soaking and 1 month,3 months,6 months,9 months and 1 year after simulated sterilization were analyzed and statistically analyzed.Results After soaking with disinfectant,the color change of group A and group B was the most obvious,and that of group C was the least.Conclusions The disinfection procedure of facial prosthesis will affect its color stability.Isopropanol and sodium hypochlorite disinfectants can cause obvious color changes of silicone rubber,so they are not suitable for disinfection of facial prosthesis.0.2%chlorhexidine gluconate is a suitable disinfectant for facial prosthesis.
