中医分期论治联合地诺孕素治疗子宫腺肌病34例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医分期论治联合地诺孕素治疗子宫腺肌病(AM)的临床疗效。方法:将68例AM患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各34例。对照组采用地诺孕素治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合中医分期论治。治疗3个月经周期后观察2组综合疗效、中医证候积分、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、痛经评分、月经量评分及子宫体积。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.12%(32/34),对照组为76.47%(26/34),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组中医证候积分、VAS评分、痛经评分、月经量评分、子宫体积治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医分期论治联合地诺孕素治疗AM疗效显著,安全性高,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment by stage combined with dienogest in the treatment of adenomyosis(AM).Methods:A total of 68 patients with AM were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 34 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given dienogest,and those in the treatment group were given TCM treatment by stage in addition to the treatment in the control group.After treatment for 3 menstrual cycles,the two groups were compared in terms of overall response,TCM syndrome score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,dysmenorrhea score,menstrual volume score,and uterine volume.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[94.12%(32/34)vs 76.47%(26/34),P<0.05].Both groups had significant changes in TCM syndrome score,VAS score,dysmenorrhea score,menstrual volume score,and uterine volume after treatment,and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM treatment by stage combined with dienogest has a marked clinical effect and good safety in the treatment of AM and thus holds promise for clinical application.
