摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘技术探讨穴位敷贴疗法治疗失眠的取穴及配伍规律。方法:计算机检索2017年10月18日至2022年10月18日中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据(WANFANG DATA)中有关穴位敷贴疗法治疗失眠的临床研究文献。对穴位敷贴疗法治疗失眠的腧穴处方进行梳理统计并建立数据库,运用IBM SPSS 26.0和SPSS modeler 18.0对敷贴处方进行聚类和关联分析。结果:共纳入文献138篇,腧穴51个,累计频次519次。分析得出最常用腧穴为涌泉、三阴交;使用频率最高的经络为足太阳膀胱经;所选穴位主要集中在四肢及躯干部;特定穴应用频次最高者为五输穴;安眠、三阴交、神门为核心腧穴且关联性最强;核心处方为涌泉-心俞-内关-三阴交-神门-神阙;对高频腧穴进行聚类分析后得出3个聚类群。结论:穴位敷贴疗法治疗失眠遵循一定的选穴规律,其治疗原则主要以滋阴养心、安神助眠为主,同时辅以交通心肾、调和阴阳。Objective:To investigate the acupoint selection and compatibility rules of acupoint application in the treatment of insomnia based on data mining techniques.Methods:CNKI,VIP,and WANFANG Data were searched for clinical research articles on acupoint application in the treatment of insomnia published from October 181 st,2017 to October 181 st,2022.The acupoints selected for acupoint application in the treatment of insomnia were analyzed to establish a database,and IBM SPSS 26.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 were used to perform cluster analysis and association analysis.Results:A total of 138 articles were included,involving 51 acupoints,with a total frequency of 519 times.The analysis showed that the most commonly used acupoints were Yongquan and Sanyinjiao;the bladder meridi-an of foot-Taiyang had the highest frequency of use;the acupoints selected were mainly located in the extremities and the trunk;five-Shu points had the highest frequency of application among the specific acupoints;Anmian,Sanyinjiao,and Shenmen were core acupoints with the strongest association;the core prescription was Yongquan-Xinshu-Neiguan-Sanyinjiao-Shenmen-Shenque.The cluster analysis of high-frequency acupoints obtained three clusters.Conclusion:Acupoint application for the treatment of insomnia follows certain rules for acupoint selection,with the main treatment principles of nourishing Yin,nourishing the heart,soothing the nerves,and helping sleep,with the help of coordinating the heart and the kidney and coordinating and harmonizing Yin and Yang.
