摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘分析《湖南省医疗机构制剂规范》收录的中医医疗机构制剂治疗骨折病处方的用药规律。方法:筛选并整理《湖南省医疗机构制剂规范》收录的治疗骨折病的医疗机构制剂处方,采用中医传承计算平台(V3.0)进行关联规则分析和聚类分析,并采用SPSS 25.0软件进行因子分析和相关性分析。结果:《湖南省医疗机构制剂规范》中治疗骨折病的医疗机构制剂处方高频使用的中药有当归、红花、川芎、赤芍、续断等。中药因子分析得出6个公因子,F1:桃仁、续断、香附、赤芍;F2:自然铜、骨碎补;F3:丹参、当归、川芎;F4:泽兰、延胡索、红花;F5:大黄、白芷、[庶虫]虫;F6:三七。中药性味以温、苦类居于首位,归经以入肝经为多,功效以活血化瘀为主,治则治法以消肿止痛、活血祛瘀、接骨续筋为主。关联规则分析显示,当支持度为15、置信度为0.9时,药物组合排名前3位的为“当归,红花”“当归,川芎”“红花,川芎”。聚类处方有3类:1)当归,川芎,红花,续断,骨碎补;2)红花,大黄,乳香,没药,当归;3)丹参,红花,当归,[庶虫]虫,骨碎补。高频药物相关性分析得出相关性较高的药对有“乳香、没药”“香附、黄柏”“香附、栀子”等。结论:通过数据挖掘总结了《湖南省医疗机构制剂规范》中骨折病处方的用药规律,为临床治疗骨折病提供了一定的用药参考,也为医疗机构制剂向创新药的转化提供了数据支撑。Objective:To investigate the medication rule of prescriptions for the treatment of fractures in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)institutions included in Standard for preparations in Hunan provincial medical institutions.Methods:The prescriptions for the treatment of fractures in TCM institutions included in Standard for preparations in Hunan provincial medical institutions were screened and analyzed.Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Compu-ting System(V3.0)was used to perform association rule analysis and cluster analysis,and SPSS 25.0 was used to perform factor analysis and association analysis.Results:In the prescriptions for the treatment of fractures in TCM institutions included in Standard for preparations in Hunan provincial medical institutions,high-frequency TCM drugs included Angelica sinensis,Carthamus tinctorius,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,and Persicac Semen,Dipsaci Radix.The TCM factor analysis obtained six common factors,i.e.,F1(Persicae Semen,Dipsaci Radix,Rhizoma Cyperi,and Radix Paeoniae Rubra),F2(Pyritum and Rhizoma Drynariae),F3(Salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica sinensis,and Rhizoma Chuanxiong),F4(Lycopus lucidus,Rhizoma Corydalis,and Carthamus tinctorius),F5(Rheum officinale,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae,and Eupolyphaga Steleophaga),and F6(Panax notoginseng).Most TCM drugs had a warm nature and a bitter taste and mainly entered the liver meridian.Blood-activating and stasis-resolving were the main functions of TCM drugs,and the main principle and method of treatment included relieving swelling and pain,activating blood and removing blood stasis,and reunion of fractured tendon and bone.The association rule analysis showed that the top three drug combinations were Angelica sinensis-Carthamus tinctorius,Angelica sinensis-Rhizoma Chuanxiong,and Carthamus tinctorius-Rhizoma Chuanxiong at a degree of support of 15 and a degree of confidence of 0.9.The cluster analysis obtained the following three clusters:Angelica sinensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Carthamus tinctorius,Persicac Semen,Dipsaci Radix
