产权激励促进科研人员成果转化积极性的认知机制

摘　　要：职务科技成果权属改革通过事前的知识产权激励,有效提升了科研人员参与成果转化的积极性。从行为心理学视角,讨论了产权激励影响科研人员转化积极性的认知机制。招募96名成果转化工作者进行产权激励模拟实验,检验了产权激励政策发挥作用的三个认知中介机制。实验结果表明,产权激励对科研人员的成果转化积极性有显著的正向影响,且激励强度越高效果越明显;感知激励、感知风险与交易成本在产权激励正向影响科研人员转化积极性的路径中,起到了部分中介作用。此研究有助于打开科研人员参与科技成果转化的认知“黑箱”,并为深入推进职务科技成果权属改革提供了优化建议。Through the intellectual property incentive in advance,the ownership reform of job-related scientific and technological achievements has effectively promoted the enthusiasm of researchers to participate in the commercialization of achievements.This paper discusses the cognitive mechanism of property incentive affecting researchers' enthusiasm in commercialization from the perspective of behavioral psychology.We recruited 96 researchers that worked in achievement commercialization to conduct a simulation experiment of property incentive,and examined three cognitive mediating mechanisms of property incentive policy.The results show that the property incentive has a significant effect on the enthusiasm of researchers to commercialize their results,and the higher the incentive intensity,the more obvious the effect.Perceived incentives,perceived risks and transaction costs play a partial mediating role in the positive impact of property rights incentives on researchers' enthusiasm.This study is helpful to open the cognitive“black box”for researchers to participate in the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements,and provides optimization suggestions for further promoting the reform of the ownership of job-related scientific and technological achievements.
