摘　　要：系统梳理环境规制对技术创新影响的动态研究过程,对启发该议题未来研究方向和实现“双碳”目标均有重要意义。借助CiteSpace和ITGinsight软件,梳理国内外对该议题的研究进展、演进过程、演进特征、演进逻辑,可以发现:国内外对此议题的研究热度不断上升,研究成果在该领域内具有较高的认同度;该领域的研究内容主要围绕环境规制是否影响技术创新、影响因素是什么、影响效应如何三方面展开;中英文文献三个阶段的动态演进过程虽有差异,但总体呈现社会性、多维度、递进式、国际化的特征,遵循“技术创新为主—经济发展为主—和谐共生为主”的演进逻辑;国内外学者在研究动机、视角、内容和方法上具有同质性,国内学者特别关注国际贸易和政府行为对此议题的影响。最后,提出相关建议和未来研究方向。Systematically sorting out the dynamic research process of the impact of environmental regulation on technological innovation is of great significance to enlighten the future research direction of this topic and realize carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.With the help of CiteSpace and ITGinsight software,the research progress,dynamic evolution process,evolution characteristics,evolution logic and future development trend of this topic at home and abroad are summarized.The research findings are as follows:(1)The research interest of domestic and foreign scholars on this issue is increasing,and the research results have a high degree of recognition in this field.(2)The research content mainly focuses on three aspects:whether environmental regulation affects technological innovation,what are the influencing factors and what are the influencing effects.(3)Although there are differences in the dynamic evolution process of the three stages of Chinese and English literature,they generally show social,multi-dimensional,progressive and international characteristics,and follow the evolutionary logic of“technological innovation-economic development-harmonious coexistence”.(4)Domestic and foreign scholars are homogenous in terms of research motivation,perspective,content and method,but in comparison,domestic scholars pay special attention to the influence of international trade and government behavior on this topic.Finally,some suggestions and future research directions are put forward.
