摘  要:为了消除CO_(2)色散干涉仪运行过程中光学弹性调制器产生的参考信号与光电探测器产生的测量信号之间传输的不同步性对等离子体密度测量结果的影响,提出一种基于正交解调的相位差实时校正算法,保证了参考信号与测量信号传输的同步性。将此相位差校正算法在FPGA上实现,从而实现了数据的实时处理。实验结果表明,该相位差校正算法进一步提升了测量结果的精度,测量精度可达0.7°。In order to eliminate the influence of dyssynchrony between the reference signal generated by the optical elastic modulator and the measurement signal generated by the photodetector on the plasma density measurement results during the operation of CO_(2)dispersion interferometer,a real-time phase difference correction algorithm based on orthogonal demodulation is proposed,which ensures the synchronization of the reference signal and the measured signal transmission.The algorithm is implemented on FPGA to realize real-time data processing.Experimental results show that the algorithm further improves the accuracy of the measurement to 0.7°.
