摘  要:以聚合物驱油为代表的三次采油技术已经在我国各大主力油田逐步推广和应用,随聚合物用量不断增大,油田含聚洗井液的处理量也随之剧增。由于聚合物能够促进油水混合物的乳化,洗井液中的油水分离速率极为缓慢,且含聚洗井液的黏度大,与常规洗井液混合后循环利用将对油田水系统产生诸多不利影响。在分析了油田含聚洗井液组分和常规氧化处理方法的基础上,针对现有联合处理站工艺固化、空间受限以及罐车排放速度快、降解处理时间短等问题,提出了超声-臭氧联合降解聚合物的工艺方法,并搭建了相应的室内试验平台。以含聚洗井液黏度下降率、聚合物浓度为评价指标,分别开展了超声波单独处理、臭氧单独处理、超声-臭氧联合处理的试验研究。结果表明,超声处理3 min后通入臭氧1 min,含聚洗井液黏度下降率可达95%以上,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)去除率达92%以上,可实现油田含聚洗井液的高效降解。Polymer flooding technology,which represents tertiary oil recovery,has been gradually promoted and applied in major oilfields of China.As the amount of polymer used continues to increase,volume of polymer-containing flushing fluid sewage has also increased sharply.Since the polymer can promote the emulsification,oil-water separation in the flushing fluid becomes extremely slow.In addition,high viscosity of polymer-containing flushing fluid leads to many adverse effects to oilfield water system when it is mixed with common flushing fluid.Based on the analysis of the components of polymer-containing sewage and the conventional oxidation treatment method,ultrasonic-ozone synergetic degradation of polymer process was proposed in this work,aiming at solving the problems including fixed procedure,limited space of treatment station,fast discharge rate of tank truck,and insufficient degradation treatment duration.Besides,an experimental device for treating polymer-containing flushing fluid was built and a series of experiments were carried out with ultrasonic alone,ozone alone and synergistic process of ultrasonic and ozone.It was found that after ultrasonic treatment for 3 minutes and ozone treatment for 1 minute,the viscosity reduction rate of flushing fluid could reach more than 95% and the polyacrylamide(PAM) removal rate could reach more than 92%,which achieved efficient degradation of oilfield polymer-containing flushing fluid.
