摘 要:某合成革生产企业废水深度处理回用系统采用“多介质过滤+臭氧氧化+碳滤+超滤+反渗透”深度处理工艺处理企业的达标外排废水,并将系统产水回用于企业生产。该系统已稳定运行两年多,系统运行情况表明,反渗透产水COD约为11 mg/L,电导率约为135μS/cm,悬浮物(SS)及色度均为0,系统水回收率约64%。该系统运行稳定,多介质过滤器大幅降低了SS和浊度,臭氧氧化对色度去除效果显著,臭氧氧化和碳滤去除了约25%的COD,超滤起到除浊及降SDI的重要作用。预处理单元对SS、浊度、色度和COD的良好去除效果有效保障了反渗透进水水质,对膜系统的稳定运行有很大作用。反渗透出水水质远优于生产用水水质要求,达到了废水再生利用的目的。废水回用系统产水成本为3.54元/t,为企业节省了排污费用和自来水费,投资回收期为1.8 a。The deep treatment and reuse system of production comprehensive wastewater in a synthetic leather production enterprise adopted multi-media filtration,ozone oxidation,carbon filtration,ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis combined treatment process,and the produced water of the system was reused for enterprise production.The system had run stably for more than two years.The operation of the system showed that the COD of the product water was about 11 mg/L,the conductivity was about 135 μS/cm,the suspended substance(SS) and chromaticity reached zero,and the water reuse rate of the system was about 64%.Multi-media filtration significantly reduced the turbidity and SS,ozone oxidation had a significant effect on chromaticity removal,ozone oxidation and carbon filtration removed about 25% of COD,ultrafiltration played an important role in turbidity removal and SDI reduction.The pre-treatment unit had a good removal effect on SS,turbidity,chromaticity and COD,playing a significant role in the stable operation of the membrane system.The quality of reverse osmosis effluent was far better than that of production water,achieving the purpose of wastewater recycling.The operating cost of the reuse system was 3.54 yuan/t,which saved sewage and water costs for enterprise.The investment payback period was 1.8 years.
