摘　　要：阿根廷的华人社团长期以来有非制度化的政治参与,其实践方式及背后机理值得关注。以阿根廷华人超市公会为主要研究对象,研究发现:旅阿华人在社会治安、政府管治等方面面临的生存环境欠佳,通过社团汇集力量展开政治参与则有利于改变情形。华人社团的非制度化政治参与有两大主题:反对歧视华人和保障旅阿华人安全权益;实现方式包括非制度化的接触、交涉和谈判;政治参与能取得成果基于超市华商对物价的重要影响力,因为物价问题关乎阿根廷的社会稳定和选举结果;而其影响力则来自同乡网络的效率优势、市场占领的规模优势以及闽籍华人的团结性。The overseas Chinese community in Argentina had non-institutionalized political participation for long time,and their practice and the reasons behind it deserve attention.Taking the Chinese Supermarket and Self-service Supermarket Community in Argentina as the main research object,the research finds that overseas Chinese in Argentina are facing a severe environment in terms of social security and government governance,which can only be changed by unity and political participation through community.The non-institutionalized political participation of overseas Chinese communities has two main themes as opposing discrimination against overseas Chinese and protecting the security rights and interests of overseas Chinese in Argentina.They can be achieved through non-institutionalized contacts,representations and negotiations.The political participation of Chinese communities can be achieved basing on the significant influence of supermarket Chinese merchants on prices,as price issues are related to Argentina's social stability and election.And its influence comes from the efficiency advantage of overseas Chinese network,the scale advantage of market occupation,and the unite character of Fujian Chinese.
