猴痘一例

摘　　要：患者,男,29岁。10天前,患者阴阜出现4个红斑,后逐渐增大,伴疼痛。皮肤科查体:阴阜、冠状沟散发脓疱、溃疡,部分脓疱破溃结痂,腹股沟淋巴结肿大,伴疼痛。海阳市疾控中心检查示阴阜、阴茎溃疡处猴痘病毒核酸检测结果呈阳性。发病前有不洁性生活史,否认男男性接触史。诊断:猴痘。目前患者转定点医院治疗。A 29-year-old male presented with 4 erythema on the pubic mound with pain for 10 days,which gradually became larger.Dermatological examination showed that pustules and ulcers on the pubic mound and coronary sulcus,some pustules were burst and crusted,and guinal lymph nodes were swollen.The monkeypox virus of lesions was detected by nucleic acid testing in Hanyang Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.Before onset,the patient had a history of unclean sexual activity and had no history of man had sex with a man.The diagnosis of monkeypox was made.Then the patient was transferred to the designated hospital for treatment.
