摘  要:随着教育改革的深入发展,新工科成为工科教育改革的趋势。作为一个新兴概念,需要对应的教学模式帮助其落地,凭借其“思想先进”的优势指导地方特色经济的发展。山西省正在进行转型跨越发展的关键时期,需要高校培养的新工科人才对地方企业发展壁垒提供技术支持。“产学研”作为联动到产业发展、学生培养和科学研究的纽带,通过帮扶企业技术问题,对接高校科研项目,落实到学生科学研究上,培养出利于山西地区产业发展的新工科人才。With the national policies and development needs,new engineering has become the trend of engineering education reform.As an emerging concept,it needs relevant teaching mode conversion to help its implementation,so that the new engineering concept can fit the local development situation and guide the development of local special economy with its advantage of"advanced thinking".Shanxi Province,where traditional energy economy is dominant,is in the critical period of transformation and leapfrog development,and needs sufficient technical support from new engineering disciplines in local colleges and universities for its development barriers.As a link between industry-academia-research and industrial development,student training and scientific research,the"industry-academia-research"can help enterprises with technical problems and dovetail with scientific research projects of universities,which can be implemented in the curriculum training of students,so as to cultivate new engineering talents for the industrial development of Shanxi.
