摘 要:为了防止混凝土坝坝身长有压泄水孔的内壁发生磨损破坏,泄水孔内通常会设置钢衬结构;钢衬结构在施工以及运行阶段的应力分布将影响其自身结构的稳定,合理地分析钢衬结构的应力分布,对判断钢衬结构的稳定至关重要;结合实际工程案例,详细分析钢衬结构在施工阶段、运行阶段的受力情况,针对性地开展钢衬结构的有限元仿真分析,解决了钢衬结构应力计算的难题,可为国内外类似工程提供参考依据。In order to prevent the inner wall of concrete dam with pressure drainage holes from abrasion and damage,steel lining structure is usually installed in the drainage holes.The stress distribution of the steel lining structure during construction and operation will affect the stability of its own structure,so a reasonable analysis of the stress distribution of the steel lining structure is very important to judge the stability of the steel lining structure.Combined with practical engineering cases,the stress of steel lining structure in construction stage and operation stage is analyzed in detail,and the finite element simulation analysis of steel lining structure is carried out specifically,which solves the difficult problem of stress calculation of steel lining structure and can provide reference for similar projects at home and abroad.
