摘　　要：对项目进行后评价,主要是对项目的过程、效果、目标和可持续性进行评价,多数是描述性的评价,即定性评价,不能从整体上综合来判断这个项目完成的成功与否。而模糊综合评价能在这些模糊的评语中,通过建立数学模型,构建隶属函数,得出项目的综合评分,从而能定量的评价项目的完成情况,给企业后续决策提供依据。采用模糊综合评价方法对县城中小型供水项目进行后评价,可以提高企业在众多同类项目中的决策能力。The post-evaluation of the project is mainly to evaluate the process,effect,goal and sustainability of the project.Most of the evaluation is descriptive,that is,qualitative evaluation,which cannot judge the success of the completion of the project from the whole.In these fuzzy comments,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can obtain the comprehensive score of the project by establishing a mathematical model and constructing a membership function,so as to evaluate the completion of the project quantitatively and provide a basis for the subsequent decision-making of the enterprise.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the small and medium-sized water supply projects in county can improve the decision-making ability of enterprises in many similar projects.
