摘  要:为解决某金属矿山深部运输巷道围岩失稳问题,通过开展现场地质调查、DIPS软件节理分析等基础工作,采用巴顿岩体质量(Q)分类法对巷道围岩进行质量分级。以岩体质量分级结果为基础,结合工程实践经验,应用工程类比法进行巷道支护设计,确定支护方案为:树脂锚杆+钢带+金属网+喷浆联合支护。该支护设计方法应用范围广,实施效率高,适合生产中的金属矿山针对井下不同围岩情况制定专项支护方案。In order to solve the instability problem of surrounding rock of deep transportation roadway in a metal mine,the Barton rock mass quality(Q) classification method was adopted to grade the surrounding rock mass of roadway through the basic work of field geological survey and DIPS software joint analysis.Based on the results of rock mass quality classification and combined with practical engineering experience,the engineering analogy method is applied to carry out roadway support design,and the support scheme is determined as:resin bolt + steel belt + metal mesh + shotcrete combined support.This support design method has wide application range and high implementation efficiency,which is suitable for metal mines in production to make special support schemes for different conditions of underground surrounding rock.
